Shipping Policy
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Once shipped, U.S. ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days. Delivery timelines outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may vary. Expedited shipping options do not apply outside the contiguous United States and to P.O. Boxes. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.
Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.We are not liable for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
